Oneclickcash uncooperative with setting up a repayment schedule. Would still debit my account even after talking to them about it. Internet

I received a payday loan from Oneclickcash for $200 dollars with the renew fees of $60 dollars each time. I kept renewing and paying the fees but when my account got negative due to a couple lost checks in the mail I called and asked if I could hold off all charges until I got the 2 checks. They said I had to pay. I dont know how they expect me to pay them when my account is negative and I am still waiting on the checks which in total is $1,100. They just kept charging my account with the fees which would then get returned and then they would get more money from the return fees. It isnt fair that I communicated with these people and told them what was going on but they just wouldnt work with me. I understand that I borrowed money from them and by all means I want to pay them back but they wont even work with me. I dont know what else they want me to do. Very crappy customer service!!!
