USA Credit, Oneclickcash.com, Cashbuzz.com ID THEFT USA CREDIT $149.95 Carlsdad Internet

Took out payday loan begining with CASHBUZZ on September 19,2008 who was a broker for ONECLICKCASH.COM (the company that approved the loan the loan on September for $150.00 to be directly deposited into my checking account. The deposit was posted to my checking account on Monday September 22, 2008. I called my bank the same day to confirm deposit and was told it posted. I had a doctors appt on the same day 09/22/2008 and was rushed to emergency hospital that afternoon. Once admitted to hospital I called my cable company to pay a deliquent account for $112.51 which left my balance at $38.28. I was in hospital until 09/25/2008. I went to my branch to withdraw $37.00 from my account and was told it was overdraw for $111.54 from a debit of $149.95 from USA Credit right after the deposit of $150.00 was posted to my account. Now I am stuck with a negitive balance of $111.51 not included overdraft fee's.

I am on Social Security Disablity with severe conjestive heart failure and won't be able to pay my rent for October. I also am a retired collections manager of 13 years, and will do everything I can to track down these low class theft artist and if possible will bust one of them in the head with my cane.
