Online data corp Ghost charges and Keep charging after you close your account Thousand Oaks, California

This is THE worst credit card processing company i have ever dealt with. I cancelled my account in writing and then proceeded to be told i had not cancelled my account it was still active. Recancelled it and confirmed thay had received. Then I get charged no only monthly fees but an additional $25 fee- for their processing fees of verifying merchant data- not the first such charge i have gotten from this company, it is a regular practice of theirs. When i questioned it i was told again that my account was still active! Now i have once again gotten charged a monthly processing fee even though i have already switched processing companies 2 months ago and confirmed cancellation of my account. They are a total rip off.
