ONLINE DATA CORP ripoff Unauthorized account charges Westchester Illinois

Online data corp has you fill out a simple form, to accept credit cards on your merchant account. They charge your account fees that you dont know about. They put a limit of 20,000 per year on my account without telling me. They charged me $25.00 to change my address. Now they are holding my money for 90 days.

When i didnt see any money going into my account i called Online Data Corp. and the first time it took 3 days for them to return my calls. No one ever told me that there was a limit on my account. I could only accept up to 20,000 per year , well i can make that working at a hamburger joint, so after 3 months they put a freeze on my 10,000.00. I have excellent credit so there was no need for the 20,000 cap. My own bank just approved me for 250,000. Anyhow all i signed for was Online Data Corp. to charge me a little over 2 percent for processing my orders. What they dont tell you is there is also a fee at the end of every month also.

Then they said my cap was raised to $2000.00 a month from 1500.00 per month. i said ok i can wait the 90 days for the other money we will start fresh. Well now they are not giving me my money for this month either. They say when there is a hold there is a hold on everything past and present. Well last year is over, there is no reason for them to keep my money starting this new year. This company is very very bad
