BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a free sample (for $3.95 shipping) from this company ("Online Health 1-877-350-8480") to try their AcaiBerry Power 500 product to see if I would like it. The order was placed on Oct. 30. To date I have not received the sample, but my credit card has been subsequently charged for $89.31. I was told that I agreed to this charge when I ordered the sample. This may be true, but the agreement is so small or so insignificant that buyers will not realize they are agreeing to this. My "receipt" says NOTHING about the committment.

That said, I am not sure how I can tell them whether or not I WANT to continue since I have not yet even received the sample, let alone an ongoing supply of the product.

When I asked for a refund until I could at least sample their "free" product when it arrived, I was told they do NOT give any refunds on products.

Be very, very careful when ordering this product, or be certain you cancel your order within their 14 day window, whether or not the product has arrive. In my opinion, this is a pretty shoddy and underhanded way to do business. People who order a sample should be given ample time to try it before they are ripped off by a company claiming they agreed to ongoing purchases.

I demanded to talk to someone besides the phone tree people when I called and was forwarded (at 10:30 a.m. on a Tuesday morning) to a voice mail that said the office was closed and to call back during regular office hours...but those hours were not given.

Oh, yes, I was also "signed up" for an online weight loss coach (for another $30 per month) that I was unaware I agreed to.

PUBLIC, please read all the small print before ordering from this company!
