Online Suppliers ripoff dishonest Long Beach California Internet

I went online and found an offer that said "come work on ebay with online supplier". I signed up for the trial offer that was for $1.98 and would receive a free kit and all I had to pay was the $1.98 for shipping and handling. If I didn't like the offer I could cancel within so many days and would never be charged for anything. I ordered the free kit, paid the shipping and handling charge from my debit card and waited for the kit. Now they have taken $29.95 from my card and I still have not received my kit which has been a little over a month. This kit was supposed to take only 5 to 7 days to arrive. Now I'm being charged for something I don't have and the cancelation form was in the kit which I did not receive. So now I can't cancel because I don't have the proper form and they will keep charging me for something that I don't have. They really know how to take money and get rich and leave me flat broke. These people are nothing but rip offs.
