Onlinedetective.com ripoff the business that doesnt give a dam Internet

I recieved an invitation to use online detective for three days @ $9.95. I just recieved notice that my estranged brother had passed away and I wanted to know as I have been trying to find him and get in touch with him. My mother had passed away in 2001 and I wanted to get family back together.

I trusted this company and they ripped me off. I have been charged from my bank account, $29.95 a month since January 2003. I am on disability and need every cent to survive and am appalled that this company is stealing from me. I live in a wheel chair and need that money. Not only was the software no use, but obviously so is the company. No phone numbers, nothing. I tried emailing and still nothing.
