I ordered 3 ArcticAir Personal Air Conditioners and got a discount making my total price $33.00. They were to ship Insured.
The website said they ship world wide so my order would be shipped in 5 days but could take up to 4 weeks delivery. It has been over four weeks so I sent them an email Monday (3 days ago) asking whether they were shipped yet and if they notify customers when items ship. No reply.
I see other bad reports on this company online, They say the company office is supposedly in Canada but could be anywhere.
Yesterday I sent them an email saying to cancel my order. Of course I won't get anything though supposedly the items would have been enroute according to what they said on the website. I did get my money back from American Express but I am ashamed I fell for their shuck.
Company is still online selling this item.
