Opticom - One Call ripoff, bogus billing!! Carmel Indiana

This company is sending out bogus bills!! We got a bill from "One Call" saying that we made calls to Illinois, GA, Ohio, Florida and Canada from 10/9 thru 10/15. We didn't make these calls and don't even know anybody in those states AND I had to look up the area codes to even figure out the general area that these calls were to. The total bill was $315.48.

I called the billing inquiries number and after 30 minutes on hold, I was disconnected. I called again and finally reached a voice after another 15 minutes on hold. Top it off, they said they got our number to bill to via caller ID! Well, ours is blocked AND our phone has a call log so ALL calls that are made are kept track of.

They refused to correct their error and after I told them I was going to file a fraud complaint with my state's AG, she hung up on me. I did file a complaint with the AG as well as the Federal Trade Commission. This company needs to be stopped!!!
