6/30/11 - My husband and I purchased additional "points" at South Beach Resort on August 9, 2009 through Orange Lake Capital Management/Holiday Inn. Which, we should have thought something was not on the up and up due to all of the different names and companies involved. During a conversation with Orange Lake Capital Management on 6/29/11, I am told that the week/points that we thought we had purchased on 8/9/2009 had never been titled/deeded in our name. I asked how that could happen and where was the money that we had been paying monthly. The woman could not answer my questions and said that she would research and get back with me.

Has anyone else had this happen, and does anyone know how long it could possibly take to record a deed???
