Orchard Bank - Household Bank ripoff False Advertisement On Website Concerning Payments Must Read & Beware Prospect Hts. Illinois

My husband & I recently applied for credit cards from this company because as their Website states a person can choose their on Payment dates. This is listed under "why someone should choose their credit card". It says NOTHING else about being qualified for choosing your payment date, about having to wait awhile before changing your payment date, etc... It is plain and simple words>Choose your own payment date!! I thought this would be O.K. We could get a little extra cash and by dividing our payments up through the month we could easily pay the cards off. Well, we got the cards & when we asked for our payment dates to be changed we were told "they could not help us". No explanation for refusing us was given. So, now we are stuck having to pay on the cards (4 in total) at the same time every month. It has made it difficult on us. They have lied on their Website & are misleading the public. I do have proof of the advertisement on their Website. (Of course you can easliy find it also). And I also have proof of their rejections to our requests. If you are considering applying for one of these cards please know that this company works under "fraud". They absolutley will not work with you under any circumstances & please do not rely on their promises as stated on their Website.
