Outrank Run around scam artists who prey on respectable companies Internet, Texas

My Husband just recently started an electrical company in Augusta georgia. He has wanted to do this for a long time and he finally embarked on his business venture in November of of 2011. He was told by a fellow businessman that outrank was the way to go for his Internet advertising. So he called.

We saw our ad on the front page as promised but we just weren't impressed; being a small business you pinch pennies and you dont pay for useless services. He tried to call and cancel. When he talked to a MANAGER she coaxed him into finishing out his two months. We were still not satisfied.

On february 1 I called to cancel and guess what..... The manager tammy was not in the office. They said let her call you back! Never got called back so I started calling every hour until finally they said Tammy had left the office.... BIG surprise. "You have to be patient.. ""You can't call every thirty minutes.."". We choose not to pay to be on the bbb "theysaid "you have to give thirty days notice to cancel "but when my husband called last month to cancel Tammy told him to wait until his two months were over to cancel!!! Liars!!!

We cancelled our card on file and she told my husband she would send it to a collections agency. Being honest people he paid it with a different card. They said they will have it cancelled march 7 but we will see!

Everything being said DO NOT USE OUTRANK!!! They are a bunch of crooks who should be put out of business. I don't see how what they do is legal!!!
