signed up with promises to find the perfect house, paid for the first month and discovoered they do nothing. called repeatedly asking what is going on, finally recieved an email telling me I had to sign a contract which would demand me to pay the $40.00 fee for the entire length of the rent to own lease. Contacted the company ownerwiz and told them I wanted to stop, I was called a liar yelled at by the rep on the other end of the phone.

This place needs to be shut down........
