several weeks ago, sometimes in February I set up an account online with ownerwiz.com, and agreed to use the 3day free trial that was supposed to be free. a credit card or bank account number was needed although I was assured the account will not be charged during the free trial period.
After a day and a half of navigating back and forth on their website and using none of their services, I did call in to cancel the acount on reasons of not needing a new home anymore. I thought my account was cancelled, but they still charged the $39.95 from my account.
I went back and forth to obtain my money back, I have talked to all kinds of people. So far, nobody assisted me properly, I still called today, left more than few messages.
This was a ripp-off, I was unfairly charged, and I still haven't gotten back my money.
