Pacific Audit Solutions claims that a receipt of payment for parking in one of there lots was unreadable on my dashboard. As such, they issued me a ticket. When I became aware of said ticket I contacted them.

I was informed that there was a photograph taken of the unreadable recipt of payment. When Asked to produce said photograph I was told that 'we are not responsible for proving your fault, we have done everything necessary and this conversation is now over.'

There is no oversight here, they are allowed to issue tickets for 'improper display of receipt'. I was told that if I could produce the original receipt it could prove my innocence and the ticket would be dropped. Who holds on to parking lot receipts?

I, of course, could not find said receipt and was forced to pay the who of the ticket ($68).

The issue that most bothers me here is that Pacific Audit Solutions has a photograph that they claims proves my receipt was unreadable. However, Pacific Audit Solutions refuses to share said photograph.

This makes their whole operations sound like a racket.
