I parked in a Parking lot run by Pacific Audit Solutions and owned by Mark Goodman this week. Their parking machine was stuck in system reset and I was unable to make the machine accept my money. I left a note on my dash and they still gave me a ticket for $44.00.

I called their number and told them about what happened and they said you still need to pay. The fees are outragous, way over what the city charges for a ticket.

With their machine broke I am not sure what I should have done. The note didn't help. Seems like this company and Mark Goodman have oversteped their bounds on what is fair in Portland Oregon.
