I also purchased a warranty from Pacific Guard Warranty. They told me that it was a bumper to bumper warranty. The sending unit went on my car my mechanic tried to contact Pacific Guard to verify if this was covered and he was never able to get through to them. Then we went over the paper work and the coverage was for the drivetran warranty. I then tried to contact them several times about why I was told that the warranty was a bumper to bumper and I have not heard back. I contacted my credit card company and I am disputed all the charges from Pacific Guard due to misreputation.
