This company is violating the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991). There is a statutory minimum $500 / call damage award. I would like to sue the company and its owners for the scores of calls I have received at my home and on my mobile phone (Calls to companies are exempt under the TCPA). Former employees, or anyone else, please post the address and any information you have which will assist me in locating the owners of this annoying company.
