Pacific Loan Solutions Zachary Gonzales, LLC accepted full payment for loan modification services and didn't provide the full service Riverside, California

I submitted full payment and documention to AJ Huxhold and Michael Beason at Pacific Loan Solutions for a loan modification.  I was assured it would be possible to at least get a fixed rate on my loan, which is all I wanted, and that would be 90-120 days for the entire process.  At roughly 100 days, Pacific Loan solutions called me and said they were in litigation and that they would contact me every 2 weeks to keep me informed.  I never heard back and when I called them, I was told AJ was taken off my case and that I would now have to deal with a processor named Bridget (who I cannot confirm actually exists).  At 120 days, I recieved notice from my bank that it was rejected for the loan modification because it is an investment property.  Investment properties do not qualify for loan modifications.  Shouldn't Pacific Loan Solutions know their business before taking full payment?  Either they aren't informed about the process of loan modifications and no one should retain them for services, or they are informed and are withholding information and taking money from homeowners anyway.  Either way, do not retain their services.  It is impossible to get someone on the phone who will talk to you beyond taking a message.
