Call Al, he will be more than happy to take you money, too. He took mine. I wanted to start my own repair business, looked great, mobile, "WE GO TO YOU' repair service. I sent him $5000 for my franchise fee, $499 for some stupid classes and another $999 for a marketing package. Then he patted me on the a*s and said go get em". Nice huh? Well now that "I'm in business and trained" I can't get him to return my calls for help, or support. I have questions on marketing, tools needed for carpet dying. I have had questions in the past about chip repair, all I get is the dial tone. Al told me how great this franchise works, how he would be there to help get me started making money. Well I'm making money all right; I had to go beg for my old job back. He said the company was registered in my state, well tell that to the tax board that is suing me for not being registered. Al sucks, and so does this franchise, BS.
