Paint Bull Business

AUTHOR: Alan - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, November 28, 2004

When I signed the agreement with Paint Bull less than 1 year ago, Susan the sales lady said that I could attend the "training courses" and seek additional financial guidance from the Corp support system. And she would help me sell the business, as I explained to her my long term goals, not to be stagnant. She promised no other Paint Bulls would be sold in this area. Well 6 months ago, 5 blocks from my business another Paint Bull Franchise opened. I called Susan, but now she won't return my calls. I called Corp and they told me to show them in the contract what Susan had promised. Of course I got the cookie cutter contract, without the promise Susan had given me. Now I'm stuck with a over sold business with too much competition. I have lowered my prices, and had to fire half my staff. I can see whare Paint Bull was just interested in me signing the contract and sending in my franchise fee. Is there any thing I can do?? Please post your advise.

Scammed by Paint Bull

AUTHOR: Thelma - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, November 23, 2004

My saleperson told me if I wasn't happy that they would work something out, but not to worry that I would be thoroughly happy - well that was BULL - because I guarantee that I AM NOT HAPPY!

I was treated rudly and insulted when I told them how nothing was working for me and that I was not getting the support and leads I needed to be successful - they basically said it was all my fault, and it was becuase I was too stupid. I almost bought that line, until I did some research and was able to see how many others were scammed by these STUPID losers.

We must ban together and make them give us a refund. I have heard of others creating a website, so it will not be censered like this site, and totally dedicated to Paint Bull and exposing their Bull (well, you know).
