 I am a premier member and have previosly upgraded withing the premier side. I recently upgraded again except from premier to elite. When upgrading to elite the membership comes with incentives, but only if you pay $3500 deposit. Since I could not afford the full amount the elite management offered to take my incentives away and replace it with buying out my existing premier membership. Now that I am home and ready to pay on my new membership I am being told that I still have to pay for premier which is not what I was told. I have called and emailed and no one is avialable to hel me. All they keep telling me is that I still have to pay for both.
