I recently saw a false claim under Palisades Collections LLC for a bogus AT&T Wireless account.
I filed a dispute with Experian and am waiting resolution.
Has anyone had any luck with getting this removed from their credit report?

I see many claims from the same company on this website. What action can be taken against this fraudulent company?

I can't even find a phone number to contact these crooks.

You should fax them a dispute, and tell them you are going to report them to the ACA if they do not either validate or delete.

I have had a lot of luck getting deletions- they do fold when pressed to prove these accounts.

fax them a few times, then go to acainternational.org and ask them to send you a complaint form.

they are liable for $2500 fines for failure to comply.

good luck- they do this all the time to people

palisades collection convergent outsourcing, inc I recived a bill today in my name but with my x husbands last name spelled wrong for an at&t bill, I have never had at&t service, I called to dispute it & all I got was them wanting to confirm who I was on a recording & wanting payment for over $400.00 !! Then I tried to prompt it to let me talk to someone, & a recording came on that only said the name of the company & it hung up on me, I called at&t & they had no record whatsoever of me being a customer of theirs. palisades collection, llc pressler & pressler, houslanger & assoc. pressler & pressler garnished my wages for an at&t wireless cell phone i had in 2009, i still have the letter saying my acct was settled and fully paid by and now palisades is using houslanger & assoc, to collect again, houslanger tells me i may have had two accts, i had only ONE acct, a cell phone. i called at&t and they have no records of me ever having 2 accts or that their sueing me. huntington nationwide
