As a customer of 3 years I reported a dirty bathroom.  After telling the employee's about it I was sent an email by the owner cutting off my membership and saying that I created the dirty bathroom!!! Their employee was too prissy to clean a toilet and the owner sides with the employee!! The customer is always treated terribly here and the customer is always wrong!! They do not care to humiliate you in front of other customer's.  Then the owner lies and says the incident is on video when it is not!! Don't ever go to any of their salons unless you want to be treated like a second rate citizen.  Not to mention the way they nickel and dime you to death here.  And they scan your fingerprint to put in the tanning DNA system?? Why do I need a fingerprint scan to lay in a UVB bed??? Stop taking tanning so seriously, its ridiculous and ludicrous!!!!
