Palm Harbor Homes Mold in walls Houston Texas

We bought our home in 2001 and our son was born in 2002 and he was always sick. In 2006 we bought a new house and rented out our mobile home for about six months and he was never sick while were gone. Got laid off and had to sell the new home and move back to the mobile home. Well my son started getting sick again. We noticed that the wall under his windows was soft so i started pushing on it and it was just water soaked and falling apart. I went outside and the siding was almost falling off as i pulled on it..(BTW we paid extra to supposedly get the concrete siding) when i got everything uncovered almost all the wood around the bottom including beam under house is completely rotted away and all the sheetrock and black mold on the back. A month later i had the same problem with a window in the morning area. I replaced all the wood and sheetrock myself. I called Palm Harbor and they sent someone out and he was shocked at how it is falling apart so soon....thats been two weeks and i havent heard anything from them. I am thinking of filing a complaint to HUD and trying to sue them. Is there anything we can do?
