I checked my balance late yesterday and saw an electronic check for $30.00. I opened it and it was made out to Palm Loan Advances. I called the number that was on the check and asked what was it for, I was advised to go to their website to complete the loan app to complete my transaction. I told her I didn't apply for a loan and did not want a loan. She said fine, she would cancel the application but would not refund the application fee of $30.00. I argued to no avail and advised I have never applied for a loan and would be contacting my bank as soon as they open Thursday morning.

I cannot believe they have my account and routing number and can just go in and draft $30.00!!!!
