Palm Loan Advances Romona Sanchez (supervisor) csr agent 032 and agent 286 Palm Loan Advances fraudulently took 30.00 from account with out my consent which overdrafted me. Las Vegas, Nevada

Palm Loan Advances fraudulently took 30.00 from my account which sent me into overdraft which is an  34.00 charge. When I called them the first time they offered to send me a $100 gas card which I refused. The lady said I would get my refund in 30 days and when I rebuked she then hung up on me with no resolution.

They claimed I went to their website and agreed to a 30.00 application fee. I have never been to their website nor have I ever heard of them. It makes no sense to be broke and agree to a 30.00 fee.

I called the next day and got agent 032 who told me to verify some things which i denied. I asked to speak to a supervisor and after 30 minutes I spoke to a Ramona Sanchez who kept telling me I went to the website and agreed to be charged for an application which makes no sense to me. Before coming with a resolution she also hung up on me.

I need my 30.00 plus the overdraft fee of 34.00. I do not know how they were able to write a check in my name. Please help!
