PALMETTO STATE ARMORY Worst company to patronize Columbia, South Carolina

 first of all your random use of capital letters says it all. Go ahead and try and file random fraud charges with the agency that handles Internet commerce but perhaps before making threats you figure out exactly what agency that is. So only THE WEBSITE STATES IT COULD TAKE A FEW WEEKS TO SHIP. Perhaps in your Internet tough guy act you missed that section... Or you are an illiterate moron... Probably the latter.

At the time of this person's order there was a massive wave of purchases of ammo accross the US due to the Sandy Hook event.  This person wrote that they had made many mass purchases in his post, which ties to that event - a lot of people were buying pretty much every type of ammo.   Pretty much all sites and stores had delays in orders.  Palmetto State is an extremely poplular place to buy from and they get a lot of traffic.  

I live in NC and don't work for them and have never been there.  However, I have bought a lot of ammo and guns from them.  Several dozen people I work with go to their store in SC and buy lots of guns an ammo also.

I remember the time of the panic well and had seen that some sites had noted delays upon order and other sites only nontified me after.  I think a lot of online companies never conceived of such a shortage of ammo - I don't think anyone in the US really did.   Palmetto is not a rip-off site - definatly not.  His order went in a a very bad time.  I see a lot exaggerations in his write-up... yes, he was pretty anry.  Keep in mind that his post was a couple of weeks after ordering and was likely in a panic and was probably thinking he should have ordered elsewhere.  He said he had placed 200-250 order and never had more than a week delay on any of them??? Really?  Even during the Sandy Hook ammo shortge?  I don't think anyone will believe that - at least those who bought ammo during that time or even ever.

I've bought many uppers, lowers, pistols, complete rifles ammo and accessories over the past few years.  They are well known for their good quality and inexpensive complete lowers.  A lot of people drive to their store in RockHill SC to get ammo - especially those who do mass purchases.

This was dated mid January 2013. It was impossible to get ammo and firearms at that time because everyone was worried Obama was going to take their guns away. I had a few backordered items from companies at that time. 

I happen to live only about 15 miles from the original poster.

I just ordered an AR-15 lower from PSA last Monday and it was at my FFL by Friday. I ordered an upper this past Sunday, it was shipped on Monday and at my door by Wednesday.

I have had zero problems with PSA.

PSA is slow sometimes, probably because they are so busy because their prices are so low. I have bought from them several times and it says it will take a couple weeks to process. (I think during holidays especially), and I cannot wait to get my goodies but everything does get here eventually, and I am happy with the prices. I also support new small companies that are making a name for themselves; they try harder and usually put out better products; which has been the case with me. I bought 2 PSA AR15's and one Bushmaster AR, which is not half the gun the PSA is.

If you want something fast go to a big store and pay the big prices, and good luck with what you get. I like the quality of the PSA and the price of the PSA; so I have to wait an extra week. Get over it.

To the moron who blasted Palmetto State Armory about the length of service for your ammunition delivery. Do you think you are someone special? EVERYONE has to wait in line for their ammunition deliveries anymore because of YOUR favorite president (Bush, Jr.) placed mandated check-ups on people who order abundant ammunition, chemicals and so on.

Since 9/11, there has been a squeeze on the personal rights of every Natural Born Citizen due to idiots similar to yourself! You know... the ones who scream 'Allah, line up my 50 vestal virgins for me... I'm coming to see you!' as they are flying aircraft into buildings and other locations around the neighborhood. The only virgins I lnow of in the middle east are either so young they do not have any idea what sex is about OR they are some of the ugliest old women anyone could have ever imagined on this Earth!

To make my point as clear as possible, quit your whining about a wait for the ammo you ordered! There are much more important matters in this world that require attention before yours.

TO WHOME IT MAY CONCERN:

      We are always sorry to hear about how a company treates it's coustomers, but we must always rember

that December is a very busy time for all. I have to orderd from Palmetto State Armory in the Month of December

with having to have a wait, and yes they have also misplaced my orders before, but when i call thier staff is so supportive

and has corrected the error in a very fast fashion, althoiught this is not an exuses we must remember that December is

a busy time for all and every human is entitled to a mistake once in awhile... the point here is we all get very upset

but when your a company and your dealing with 1000's and 1000's of orders every day something can and will

happen nbut tp Palmetto State Armory will own upto thier mistakes. When this happened to me I recived a gift certificate

from Palmetto as well as a letter of Apolology from their president of the company....

         I have always been  treated wit respect from palmeeto state Armory, you know respect is a two way street

and calling up ranting and ravbing has nerver gotton anyone any where, so gee lets cut them some slack espically

during the holiday seasons.
