So I called palmetto state armory back this morning. I was on hold for 30 minutes and when the customer service rep. answered they hung up on me! So I did what any pissed off consumer would do and called them back again. Only this time I was on hold for 40 minutes. Finally I got a answer. I told the guy my name and order number. He. Then told me " your order should ship in 24-48 hours". I let the guy know that I talked to another csr 72 hours ago and she told me the same line of bs. That got his attention the csr went on to tell me that their system was being updated and that I should receive my order by midweek next week. I let the csr know I wasn't pleased with psa or their customer service. What a joke of a company. I've ordered many of parts,ammo, optics etc... online. This is the very first time I have ever had to make calls about an order. If your reading this,just a suggestion DO NOT ORDER FROM PALMETTO STATE ARMORY!
