Palmetto State Armory False advertising and poor customer service Columbia South Carolina

Palmetto State Armory advertised that they had .22 lr ammo in stock that day ready to ship.  they advertised that orders were shipped in 3-5 business days.  I placed an order and PSA charged my account.  I promptly received an email stating that I would be notified by email when my order shipped.  I waited 8 days and no confirmation came.  I contacted PSA again and they only resent my order confirmation.  I then waited to day 13 and called.  An online message said that orders were taking 15 days to ship.  This was clearly not what thy had advertised and what had induced me to make the order to begin with.  The customer service/sales rep I spoke to was polite enough and said that he had canceled my order but would not send any confirmation that the order was canceled.  He said that a "refund" would be credited back to my charge card in 3-5 business days and a notation of my call placed on my order.  This is very poor customer service and relations on the part of the company.  If you are truly running this far behind on shipping orders, and you arne't just scamming people, you should be forthright about the situation.
