PAMA MANAGEMENT I.E rental homes Rude employees, no real workers, scam company Hemit California

 This place has been bad new since we moved, we didn't see all the bad reports until we started having problems and trying to get a hold of I.E rental home to come fix things in the house. So let me take you to the beginning, My husband got Medically Separated From the Military and we had to move fast!! We went to The Office of I.E rental homes and as we are talking about the house there's an employee in her office cursing, laughing, and talking about her personal business, that was red flag number one. The lady showed us the house online, we thought she was going to take us to see the house but she reassured us that the house was perfect!! Day 1 we notice cabinets broken, No Refrigerator and the house was dirty and smelt of Animal Feices. That same day I called to request these things to be fixed it still hasn't happened!! Then comes the plumbing and Electrical issues, they left the hallway bathroom out of order for two months and when they finally did send some random guy here, he left the old toilet on the porch which I had to move to our backyard!! There are carpenter nails poking out and my foot was sliced open from it, I have called, emailed and all I get is attitude, told they aren't responsible or they don't know, or they will come fix it but never do. They gave us no information about the property and they don't know anything about it!! They have two different companies Managing thier houses, they said the rent was $1595 through messages and ened up charging us $1895 instead. We are still transitioning and trying to get on our feet. We have three kids and two are special needs!! DONT RENT FROM I.E RENTAL HOMES
