Pama management I.E. rentals Rented a dump to my family don't fallow thru with major repairs, lived in home while the replaced roof not once but twice with in two months, they send convicts and also thewre employees in office hav San Bernardino, California

 I have also just recently since april become victim to this apartment in all the same manners have had bugs mold and flooding in my apartment for two months and no one has cared to come out and fix in a. Timely matter until i refused to paid rent if maintenance was not done on my unit they want rent when it is due but can not do repairs when they should be immediately done for two months apartment has had mildew and roaches and my children could not sleep in apartment. I need anyone who has had similar situations to contact me as soon as you can!

I contacte above e-mail and as usual no reply back and major issue's not repaired correctly, if I did not have a very ill wife I would have moved but can not. I am not taking being ignored any longer.

These company's are ripping off teneants not doing repairs and buy up house'e in Hemet, and San Jacinto and most of Inland Impire, They have several office's threw out the area.   No body want's to work for them only Some guy named Alex, which he eather doe's not show up or send unqualified workers who usually don't have the right tools? My house Ground wire is not connected, I have reported them to Fair housing they have done little repairs since then but still have not fixed house wiring only a bandade,

I have an ill wife and 4 kids I have too be home and can not afford too move again barely can pay my bills, they have made my family's life hell and have made us sick from three months of roof leaks, while doing roof repairs we had debris fall all over our beds and every where else, with no place do go we had to indure twise because they did roof wrong and not too code, was sited several times, did not clean up there mess and did not clean our carpets.. Scum lords from hell!

Please any one having same issue's send a rebuttle and call fair housing county of Riverside ask for Sara and tell her Jim sent you.
