PAMA Management Rented me an apartment that has more problems than I can count and will not send maintance out to fix anything San Bernardino California

I started renting from this company about 3 months ago and have been miserable everyday since I moved in. When I moved in I did not realize all the things that were wrong as they had painted over or did not have electric or gas on so I could test anything.

My furnace does not work. My window panes are literally coming apart from the frames. The paint is already cracking and peeling. The bathroom floor is coming up. The bathroom sink can not be used as the pipes underneath leak so badly that it flows everywhere. The hinges on my kitchen cupboards are snapping and the doors are falling apart. I have gaps with no weather stripping around my doors and windows that the outside elements blow in from. Whether it's the rain or dirt it comes right in my home.

I have put in request after request to get repairs done an d have been nothing but ignored. My manager can not get the office to even respond to getting anything fixed. She herself has some of the same problems in her own apartment.

As I am trying to pay the rent here I do not know that I will beable to ever save up to move. Unfortunately I have 1 child and another on the way.
