Panasonic Plasma Televisions Why never trust Panasonic Products - Even though I am "Friends and Family". 2 Riverfront Plz Newark, NJ, 07102 Nationwide

3 years ago I bought the most expensive highest rated (by CNet) Panasonic Plasma 3D TV. Since then I have i purchased another $500 in 3D movies, and another $400 dollars in Panasonic 3D glasses ( they only work with Panasonic Televisons) and Panasonic Blu Ray Player. 

My Televsion experinced a known manufactures defect called "the 7 Blinks of death". In 2011 Panasonic had 2 issues with this set, a couple of bad screws (no lock washer) that causes boards to burn out coupled with a known problem with their firmware. These sets are dying so fast some only 13 months after purchase that the parts to repair the TV's are all gone. Panasonic has built a lemon, in fact 1 year later they stopped making them two years ago. 

Despite being over $3,000 into their products which I purchased directly through their special site, I have a friend who was an executive there and put me on their Friends and Family special purchase program. When I called their support many times over the last week, they do not answer any questions despite the known issue. They only give names of certified repairers the problem is all the certified repairs they give me have gone out of business or are so far away then will not come to me. This is despite the fact I live 15 miles from downtown San Francisco. So, I know have a $3,000 dollar paper weight in my living room and accessories that will not work on any other manuf. products. I am look for an attorney to sue them. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General of California Kamalia Harris under the California Lemon Law. 

I had to cancel my Superbowl party despite buy tons of food. 

Please do not buy ANY Panasonic camera. There reaction to this most basic issue is to hid and deny. It reminds of the interview with the Japanese CEO on the airbags blowing up and injurying peoples faces where he said "no were are not going to fix the 11 million airbags that might harm people. I will never say a good thing about Panasonic and with continue to fight until I receive restituion.
