I bought the projector 7/30/07 from visualapex.com site. and received the item on 8/4/07. Filled the form and sent out the form on 8/25/07 for $400 rebate. They said they have not received the form. This answer was the result of writing 3 letters and about one BBB report. I mailed the barcode, receipt and rebate form, which are what they were requested on the form.

I will never buy any panasonic product from now on. They might look for a few buck savings by not sending me the rebate, but they just lost a customer who will devote his rest of life to advocate against Panasonic.

I urge everyone who read this message that do not buy any product with Panasonic, Technica or any other brand that belongs to Panasonic.
