I received a letter congratulating me on becoming a member of the "Professional Fitness Family." I was cautioned to safeguard my copy of the contract I (supposedly) signed. The letter claims I agreed to pay for this membership, whatever it is.

I have not joined a fitness facility so of course have no contract. I am afraid they have my credit card number. How do I find out?

There is no name on the letter. Of course.
