I signed up for my personal trainer from Professional Fitness, which is housed in Dolphin Fitness, and was in contract for $140 a month for a year. Everything was fine until my contract ended and I had to de-activate my account, to prevent an auto-reactivation. The fact that it will automatically renew an account without consent isn't right in the first place.

I receive a letter from Paramount Acceptance saying that, for my last payment, they were unable to put the payment through to my credit card. After many phone calls and emails, I learn that it was because they had the wrong expiration date, which hadn't changed in the 11 months they had been billing me, and of course toward the end of my contract, a problem arises.

It's corrected, even though I know it's something on their end, and they even take away the penalty charge, and simultaneously end my contract and prevent the reactivation, but then recently I receive another letter telling me another payment didn't go through.

I called my credit card company and they said that they weren't allowing the last payment because for some reason, there was something about the transaction they didn't trust. This leads me to believe something on Paramount's end had changed because everything had been smooth with billing, prior.

I clear things with the credit card company, and speak to someone from Paramount who tells me that in order to resolve this, I have to speak to a Mr. Matt Minor. I have been calling, and calling and have only left multiple messages.
His extention is 201..Just putting that out there.
I'm still waiting to have this resolved.

NO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Make sure you look at who is handling the billing with your fitness company before you sign anything.
