I ran their FREE XoftSpySE and thought Wow!! but to remove the items it so called found, you have to purchase the software for 39.90. So, I did! since it came with a 30 day guarantee I figured, okay, I'll give it a try.

After running XoftSpySE and RegCure my computer run even worse. When I booted I got errors to the point I couldn't boot. It took me two days to fix what their software did. It removed necessary files from my computer which are needed to run.

When trying to contact ParetoLogic for my guaranteed refund, I couldn't find ANY way of contacting them. Since I purchased through PayPal I have opened a complaint trying to get my 39.90 back.

There are a few people who have said that the software works for them. I don't know how but they have even made statements to the effect that "we don't know anything about computers" and therefore, it's us and not the software.

BELIEVE ME! It's the software! I have been in computer programming for over 15 years and also been building computers, so it's not because I don't know anything about computers. There software will "break" your computer. DON'T BUY IT!
