Parkwood Lending Group - Harbor Lending Group DO NOT CALL! FRAUD ALERT!! Miami Florida

I DID find a legitimate private lender. It has taken some legwork, but here are my suggestions: **To J94335 CA homeowner, I do have a lender contact specifically for you, however am not sure how to get it to you. Look to forumforme.com and you will find them in their Real Estate forum offering hard money/private lending. There are lenders offering realistic foreclosure bailouts**
1. I went online 8 days ago and searched under Bad Credit Loan. That is the first mistake. LEGITIMATE Private Lenders may also be listed under bad credit, but these resources will be under Hard Money, Private Lending, Investor Funding, and a few under Sub-Prime Lending. The website (which I am not entirely sure which one got me to Parkwood) asked me to enter info.
2. I received an email 7 days ago from private_loanlender@xxx.com. It said "Cheap Loan Rate 3%" and asked for my contact info, name/addr/contact phn. Possibly related to Parkwood/Harbor Lending.
3. 4 days ago, I received my initial Parkwood Lending approval. They called me at work, which I thought was odd, since nobody really has my work number...except maybe for a loan application... DO NOT give all personal info that is asked of you online. Give them one number to call, NEVER your social security or your DOB, and NEVER your zip code. Those 3 items interchangeably can pull all forms of your credit & private info.

My recommended searches led me to websites that will gladly give you their company charter info, are BBB listed, SEC and Financial Trade Org approved, AND they can tell you EXACTLY what website they got your info from! Most importantly, I have learned that there is still rope, you're not at the end of it yet, I am proof as I am having my loan funded this week, and am in foreclosure. I hope that my info will help others possibly in the same position!!

I was threatened that I'd be sued for libal and slander. Pretty hard to do that when they're not real people. They have numerous storefront names (as shown throughout this website). I was told I wouldn't have my refund processed until I listed a retraction. I will do no such thing. I am a victim, I sent the last money I could scrape up to qualify for my "loan".

Meanwhile, my foreclosure notice was served, my family is ready to disown me, I have no money for ANY of the bills I have, and I have NO WAY TO RECOUP MY FUNDS. I promise you, there's nothing in the world that feels like this. They HAVE ruined my life, my financial capability to come back from a abusive marriage I FINALLY LEFT. You're right, there is no retraction - no apologies. Fred Witmer, my initial loan representative told me "This is legit, my life is more important than $2300..." Better live it up now because my $2300 is going to put you all away for the rest of your lives.
