Parkwood Lending Group Promised me a loan then backed out. Miami Florida

My wife and I was tring to secure a $5000 loan to secure a place to live and move my family here to Ga. They requested $885.76 up front to secure the loan.The day the money was suspose to be deposited into my account they called and said the lender reassesed the loan and required another 4 months up front.

they called this morning and said that the lender backed out of the loan but they had another lender that would honor the terms of the agreement but for $10,000 dollar loan and I needed another 8 months of payments up front.

I told him I didnt have that kind of money and I requested that I be refunded my money. They told me it would be July 15th before my money will be refunded.

Now my family is now not moving here because we cant pay for the movers and I dont have the rest of the money I need to pay my rent and deposit.
