Partselect Ripoff consumers by misleading products on there web site. internet

Ordered parts for my refrigerator,Door shelves to be exact. there web site provides written discription and also pictures of items with a printed 1 inch measurement blocks as a background to verify size. picture, size, graph indicate what i needed right! wrong! Great speed on dilivery yet they shipped the wrong items. 2 inch's shorter.

40 min hold on phone no answer. Emailed, quick response. No issue, send it back they said, But i will have to pay for the return shipment on there mistake. Then they said will send you the correct part for your model, which still is not the part i ordered, yet when you check there site and that part shows as being an inch to long they say the picture and graphs are for reference only not exact!

Misleading is being polite when a detail discription and exact graph of an item is provided and you order it that is what you expect. Buyer beware you pay for there mistakes and there false discription of what they sell you.
