Patent & Trademark Institute Of America: Robert, Bobbi Jay And Jamie Steverson PTI led me to believe that my invention was a good idea, pushed me to get them money ASAP Roslyn Heights And Garden City New York

I contacted PTI regarding information on how to get started on a invention. Jamie Steverson the first representative I spoke with, was very consistant on calling every week to let me know how things looked and what to exspect. As soon as I sent in money to get things started, I was contacted by a different representative Robert (Bobbi) Jay, I got moved to a different department.

Well he started calling week to week, I needed more money to get a Patent Protection. Well while saving up to send that.HE told me they were moving from 99 Powerhouse Road Suite 101 Roslyn Heights, New York to 400 Garden City Plaza Suite 100 Garden City Ny 11530. So I sent more money to the new address he gave me, and only heard from him time to time.

Finally I tried contating him to see how things were going, and keep getting his answering machine, leaving messages that never got responded to. I decided to contact the first representative I talked to, she told me that my Patent got move on to a different department and gave me PTI inventer help line # 703-716-9200. And said they were nice and very helpful and they would asist in any questions that I would have.

Well that number didn't get me any where, no answer or answering machine. Tried calling it different times of the day week after week. Fininally I wrote a note, sent it to the address that I sent my money too. I called Jamie and left a message on her answering machine, to let her know I was'nt getting anywhere with any body getting back with me. Well time went buy she never called, so I called again.

Well this time I got an autiomatic answering machine saying about new representative and to leave a message and someone will get back with you. Well It's been about 3 months now and I still haven't heard from anyone.
