Patience Bristol a Las Vegas private guardian has worked for Jared Shafer Clark Countys former public guardian from 2001 through 2011.  On July 11, 2011 Ms. Bristol received  notices from the Department of Justice and IRS she is now under indictment for tax fraud, laundering money, and conspiracy to commit wire fraud.   The story, which triggered this investigation is told below.
As a private guardian Patience Bristol assisted Jared Shafer in placing their wards into unethical black market medical experiments.  Seniors were kept from their families, forced to undergo operations they didnt need, and made to take experimental drugs, which were not approved by the FDA.  All of these unsuspecting elders died within six months of the performing of these black market medical experiments.  The seniors bodies were cremated to hide  evidence of the experiments from their families.  Weve uncovered cases involving 43 families who have had their parent or loved one fall under this horrible Patience Bristol fate.  In some cases healthy kidneys were removed, others had untested medical devices implanted into their bodies, and many were placed under medications, which rendered horrible side effects to these seniors who didnt know what happened to them. 
Patience Bristol didnt declare the income she received from large corporations and overseas medical schools who paid her for the right to experiment on these helpless wards.  Patience bought expensive cars, ate in the best restaurants, took lavish vacations, and purchased three pieces of property.  All of this on a declared salary of $50,000 per year.  The IRS is looking into bank accounts of Alan Freer a Shafer attorney, Jon Norheim Clark Countys family court commissioner, judge Chuck Hoskin a family court senior judge who enforces Norheims decisions, Claire A Shafer Jared Shafers wife, Mr. Shafers two children Danica and Barry, Elyse Tyrell another attorney for Shafer, and the Senior Citizens law project.  All of the parties named above have benefited directly or indirectly from the money received from the cruel senior medical experiments. 
Federal investigations are familiar territory for Jared Shafer.  In 1983 the Clark County Public Guardians office was investigated by the FBI for cashing dead peoples social security checks.  Jared Shafer was able to slither out of the investigation by placing the blame on two employees.  The employees were fired, but to keep them quiet both of them received jobs with Nevada Power and Light.  The Clark County Public Guardian Office remained very quiet in 1984 and 1985.  In 1986 business as usual returned to normal.   We have records of the first underground medical experiment against a senior performed on May 15, 1986. A direct correlation exists between the medical experiments and the hiring of new employees, which began in late 1986 and continued through 2002.  Since that date the practice of underground medical experiments has gained momentum with increasing frequency. 
Patience joined this little club in 2001 when she graduated from college.  She was the ideal candidate.  Her demeanor is sugar sweet, but under this exterior lies a sociopath who is capable of anything including murder of a helpless senior.
