Paul Rogers Kennedy Consumer Protection Law Took money for a service he never performed. Delray Beach, Florida

Paul Rogers Kennedy nor anyone from his office is the person that tells you what he is going to do for you on the phone.
These Attorneys who are in the Recovery Business have somehow managed to align themselves using what they call LEGAL REFERRAL services who don't know anything about legal services, they are salesman. When the file gets to the attorneys offices that they have worked out a deal with we are left explaining our situation over again.
 
Being told that they are going to get your funds back is quite a joke they don't ask any of the important questions.
1. Have you already disputed the charges and how many times have you disputed the charges. That alone can be a deal killer!
2. After the attorney has the file and realizes he can't do much to help they claim how they have law suits going against these companies. (ex. TSLuxury) I don't know if anyone has ever been involved in a class action suit but $.05 on a dollar is not going to do much for me! The only one that gets rich is the attorney.
 
There are new companies starting up everyday again for these Timeshare Resale companies. They are getting smarter now they don't take credit cards and are only working with wires. Try to get your money back on a check or wire. NOT POSSIBLE.
 
The bottom line is that people who have timeshares need to realize there is no Timeshare Market. If you look on E-bay you will see that people are dumping their Timeshares for free just so they don't have to pay the monthly fees anymore.  People are so desparate they just keep doing the same thing over and over!
 
If you have given any of these companies money and they have performed no service... just keep trying to get your money back by contacting every agency out there turning them in for Services not rendered.
