Paul Rogers Kennedy Ripped Me Off and Took More Money Than What He Should Have Internet, Internet

I was contacted by the "Center for Legal Justice" because I was looking for help with my credit cards.  The people there said that the Lawyer on the case would be Paul Rogers Kennedy and that he would always keep in touch with me personally.  The sales person told me that I would pay 274.36 each month for 14  months and when that's done Paul Kennedy would have settled everything with the creditors. 

I was told that my credit score would go down a little but when the 14 months were over, my credit would be going back up.  I was told that they would be monitoring my credit and dispute anything new that comes on my report.  I was also informed to send in a call log whenever a creditor tried to call me or have the creditor contact Paul Rogers Kennedy. 

Creditors Kept calling and informing me that they haven't received anything from Paul and when they call him, he doesn't return their calls.  Paul Kennedy called me and assured me that he was working on my case and that he was no longer with the company that had called me (he let them go), so now he's asking me to send all my paper work again because he don't know who I have to pay off.  I sent him the information again and he claimed that he had settled with 2 of out 3 of them.

I let Paul Kennedy know that my credit was not in bad standings at the time I deciding to go with his company but now it's terrible and that they did not fullfill what they had promised.  He emailed me back and said that the people he had working for him were telling people false information to get them to sign their contract and people shouldn't believe that their credit card payments can just disappear.  But I actually talk to Paul Kennedy himself last year and he basically told me the same thing his sales people were saying.

I then received mail from one of the creditors and when I spoke with the company, they mentioned that they had not talk to anyone at Pauls Kennedy's firm.  My payment to Paul Kennedy would be paid in full in April 2012.  So in January they took out that payment and I had Meracord take out $835.25 taking out the remainder balance. I told Meracord to stop all future payments because I was paying it off in full. 

Paul Kennedy contacts me by email May 23, 2012 and informs me that I've paid 13 out 14 payments and that I owe him one more.  I looked at my account on Meracord and noticed that I had $829.08 that they were holding in my account.  I noticed that they didn't pay Paul Rogers Kennedy in Feb. and that they had taken two more payments out of my bank account, even though I paid the balance off in full in January.

Paul Kennedy calls them and noticed that I had extra money in there and he emails me back and tells me that now I owe him two payments because for some reason he didn't get two.  Paul lied because on his end it shows he got 13 payments and on my end it shows that he received 13 payments.  I called Meracord and informed them that I need those two payments back in my account that they took out, but the next day they went on a gave Paul Kennedy 2 pmts and me 1 payment back.  When I emailed Paul and called him, I got no response.

I informed him that  I would not only sue him for the extra payment he took from me but for all of my money back because he has not done anything on my behalf. The way he kept emailing me for that last payment was outrageous especially when he knew he wasn't doing his part...He is a FRAUD so stay away from him
