payasyougoelectronics I paid the $25 application fee almost 2 months ago and now the website says forbidden when I go to it Internet, Florida

I thought this would be a great place to get an Xbox for my kids for Christmas.  We have been tight on cash since my husband has his colon removed and has been unable to work. 
I paid the $25 fee, filled out the application and mailed everything in.  About a week later I got an email stating they were processing my application.  I was able to log in on the 6th of jan and it said my application was in underwriting.  Now the web site is just gone!   Even if you google it the only thing that comes up is complaints. 
I also so this web site on overstock and thought it was safe. I am also doing what is called a charge back on my card.  The company promised something and never came through with it and I definitely deserve my funds back!!
