Paypower Scamed when trying to get a loan for my wife and I wedding. Internet

I was scammed today by" paypower"when I attempted to get a loan for my wife and I wedding. I was told that I had to pay a $150 dollar fee. I paid that then was told that there is another fee of  $499 i paid that as well and then was told that I had to pay another fee to have the loan transferred to me. I did not pay that, well i could not because I have no more money. I was told at the store that I had been scammed and was informed by Moneygram that I lost $649 dollars. 

I attempted to get my money back from paypower and was told that I would have to pay another fee for a refund. I am now broke and even further from what we need for our wedding. If there is anything I can do to try and get my money back from these scumbags please let me know. Thank you
