I just want to add to the list of people that were ripped off by Monroe Gaultney.  He made mulitiple promises to return my money - it was always "by next week", or "I should know more by Friday".  That went on for months and we're now coming up on two years and he no longer returns calls or emails.  I hope he's ashamed of himself.
