In July of 2006 my husband ordered a laptop computer, and on Aug 7th 2006 they took out the $99.00 depost out of our account, after several weeks of my husband being told that the computer had not shipped out he called and cancelled the order and decided to purchase locally. He was told that refunds were only done once a month and we'd receive it then. It is now Late November and no refund. Last Friday they deducted another $99.00 from my account for no apparent reason. Messages are not being returned as well as emails. For their telephone numbers one goes right to voicemail and the other one is always busy no matter what time of the day it is. This company is Fraudulent and has been reported to the BBB and other places. I am disputing the charge from last friday with my bank. I want my $198 back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IT IS FRAUD.

So I did get my $99 dollars back today, but i'm still waiting for my orig $99 deposit to come...

Today my husband got an email from them saying that the $99 was billed in error and it would be credited back today...let's see if it really happens..
