Let me just tell u i had all the things that everyone else has happened to them, the last time i spoke with someone from this company was in 11/2005.. i applied and cancelled when i heard nothing but bad things about them... they took my 99 dollars out and it took a while to get it back after a few not nice conbersations with them....also when i called them last year the man answered hello, like it wasnt even a business.i had to ask him if this was pc directbiz.com

Now let me tell u something i was online this thanksgiving these b**stards after a whole year of not speaking with them, having no account with them and having nothing of theirs, they have the nerve to take out 99 dollars from my account again...not authorized and i havent spoken to them about anything.. not only did they take money that dosent belong to them they caused me to have 75 dollars in overdrafts with my bank...its hard to get 99 dollars from them how am i going to get another 75 dollars in fees from my bank....
I suggest anyone who has an account or has applied to change all your banking information and watch it very carefully so this dosent happen to you.....

If anyone knows how to get ahold of these less than humans can u give me the information i have several numbers and email addresses and im getting no where.............thanks

Jessica,

I was reading through this website trying to find a good phone for these guys. On 11/24/06 I was checking my banking online when I saw a posted debit from PC Directbiz for $99. I called my bank to see if this was a debit or credit, since I never did get the original $99 back. It was a debit. Like you, I canceled an order, but mine was back in March. I never received a refund and kind of chalked it up to a stupid mistake and moved on. But now I am livid that they had the nerve, after 9 months, to take an additional $99 from me.

I have called and left messages for three guys at 1-770-436-0308. All the other numbers I have found don't work. I also emailed everyone on their customer contact page. I am planning on calling and emailing everyday, many times a day until they just want me to go away and respond.

If I here from them I will let you know what method of contact worked. If you get through please post on here. I am sure we aren't the only ones this happened to. I just searched rip off report because back in April I had put a complaint on here and it had the phone number on it.

Let me know how it turns out.

No updates yet, im still trying to contact someone....im getting no where, their voice mail states someone will call u back as soon as possible and im getting nothing also sent them an email and nothing some numbers i have found dont work anymore.
